Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can substitute with dairy-free yogurt.
  • 2 cups Almond Flour Coconut flour can be used as an alternative; adjust the ratio.
  • 3 large Eggs Ensure they are at room temperature; a flax egg can be a vegan alternative.
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder For leavening.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances the flavors.

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dried Herbs Such as garlic powder or Italian seasoning for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs, whisking until smooth.
  • Add in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  • If using optional herbs, fold them in now.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a festive twist, add dried cranberries and walnuts. You can also fold in shredded cheese or mix in a sweetener for a different flavor profile.
