  • Sprinkle in the cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the onions and garlic in the spices for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Add the shredded chicken, green chiles, and white beans. Stir it all together.
  • Stir in the cream cheese or Greek yogurt, allowing it to melt into the chili.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 20 minutes.
