Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • ½ cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 8oz vegan cream cheese (I used Tofutti)
  • cup plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
  • tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Transfer the dip to an oven safe dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with bread, veggies, crackers, or whatever you like!
