Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt You can substitute with tahini for a vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Provides acidity.
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast Adds a cheesy flavor, can be omitted.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For richness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Essential for seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rinse and chop the mixed greens, cucumber, and radishes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the mixed greens, cucumber, radishes, and chopped fresh herbs.

Assembly

  • Drizzle the creamy avocado dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients beautifully.

Notes
