  • 2 pounds Chicken wings or boneless chicken bites Pick what your crowd prefers.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For roasting.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika For warm, smoky flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Balance spicy sauces.
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce or sriracha Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Blue cheese or ranch dressing For dipping.
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas or slider buns For serving.
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage or slaw mix Adds crunch.
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced.
  • 1 whole Lime Squeezed.
  • Nutritional yeast Optional, for a cheesy flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss chicken (or cauliflower) with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.

Cooking

  • Spread chicken in a single layer and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While protein cooks, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and lime in a small bowl. Heat briefly on low.
  • Toss hot, cooked chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.

Assembly

  • Warm tortillas or buns, then build tacos or sliders with layered cabbage, sauced chicken, avocado, and dressing.
  • Garnish with cilantro and extra lime wedges before serving.

Notes

Make the sauce up to two days ahead. Cooked chicken keeps in an airtight container for 3–4 days. For freezing, flash-freeze and store for up to 2 months.
