Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the diced onions and celery over the chicken.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  • Pour the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the stuffing.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes
