Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté the cabbage for about 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until wilted but slightly crunchy.
  • Adjust seasoning and add any optional ingredients as desired.

Notes

This recipe keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat on the stovetop with a bit of olive oil to maintain texture. Can be frozen, but best enjoyed fresh.
