Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the asparagus on the foil. Drizzle on the olive oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Toss to coat and evenly spread them out on the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Once out of the oven, add the lemon juice and toss around with tongs. Place in a serving dish and garnish with vegan permesan. Serve immediately.
