½of a 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
juice from ½ a lime
¼tspground cumin
½tspsugar

Instructions
Place the onion, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse to roughly chop.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth or desired consistency. Taste test for seasoning adjustments. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Lasts up to 2 weeks refrigerated in a sealed container.
