  • 3 medium Oranges Peel and segment them.
  • 1 large Grapefruit Pink or ruby red for balanced flavor.
  • 1 Lemon For fresh juice.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • small handful Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped for added flavor.

Optional Add-ins

  • to taste Pomegranate seeds For additional flavor and color.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Collect all your ingredients on the counter.
  • Using a sharp knife, peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing as much of the bitter white pith as possible.
  • Segment the fruits over a bowl to catch any juices.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a small bowl.
  • Drizzle honey over the citrus segments while the juices are pooling at the bottom of the bowl.
  • Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves on top and gently toss to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes before serving.
  • Serve in beautiful bowls and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. For best flavor, finish in one sitting as the citrus may release juice and become soggy.
