Ingredients

unsweetened non-dairy milk

rolled oats

canned pumpkin puree

pumpkin spice

Instructions
Bring the milk to a boil in a small pot. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring the heat down to medium. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with toppings. I used pomegranate seeds, roasted pepitas, and chopped pecans.
