Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season each side with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter until combined well.
  • Place the seasoned fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet and top each fillet generously with the breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust turns golden brown.

Notes
