Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (fusilli or penne) Use your favorite type.
  • 2 breasts Chicken Breasts Tender, juicy pieces.
  • 1 cup Cream Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Homemade or store-bought works well.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is best.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced for aroma.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 2 cups Spinach Optional but adds nutrition.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by dicing the chicken and mincing the garlic.

Cooking

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through—about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for just a minute until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  • Toss in the pasta and reduce the heat. Simmer until the pasta is al dente, absorbing all the delicious broth—about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, lower the heat and stir in the cream and grated Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into a luxurious sauce.
  • If adding spinach, fold it in now until wilted.
  • Scoop the pasta into bowls, sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Consider adding veggies like bell peppers or asparagus for extra nutrients and flavor. You can use whole grain pasta for a healthier twist.
