Frosting

Preparation

  • In a rectangular dish, create a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom, breaking them to fit perfectly.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, then layer with more graham crackers.
  • Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers, followed by another layer of graham crackers.
  • Pour the chocolate frosting over the top layer and spread evenly.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for better flavor melding.

Serving

Notes
