  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano (chopped) Fresh herbs make a difference; dried works in a pinch.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) Feel free to swap with basil for a different twist.
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Optional, for a spicy kick.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Season your dip just right!

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, and olive oil.
  • Using a fork, mash the ingredients until they’re somewhat smooth but still have a chunky texture.
  • Stir in minced garlic, chopped oregano, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper carefully.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with additional olive oil.

Notes

This dip can be customized with add-ins like sun-dried tomatoes or olives. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
