Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In a bowl toss together the brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Place the roasted brussels into a bowl. Add in the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, toss to combined. Serve immediately.
