Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook your ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add your spices and mix well, letting the flavors meld.

Assembly

  • Briefly warm your low carb tortillas in a dry skillet to make them pliable.
  • On each tortilla, start with a generous scoop of the meat mixture, followed by cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a swirl of sour cream or yogurt.
  • Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a square.

Cooking

  • In the skillet, place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Slice in half to reveal the layers and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store your crunchwraps in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge. Reheat them in a dry skillet.
