  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese The melty goodness you crave.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Because garlic makes everything better.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning A hint of herbs adds depth.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Don’t skimp on seasoning.
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish Adds a pop of color.

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to heat through.
  • Add the shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well coated and heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Fold in half of the Parmesan and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish can be modified with additional veggies or spices for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
