Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup of honey, ¼ cup of soy sauce, and 4 cloves of minced garlic.
  • Place your pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them rest for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork chops to the pan and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Reduce the heat to low and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Allow it to bubble and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
