Homemade Oat Milk

Ingredients

water

rolled oats

tbsp
sugar or sweetener of choice
½
tsp
vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 60 seconds*. Taste test to adjust sweetness to your liking.
Strain the oat milk through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
Transfer to a jug or bottle and store in the fridge. Lasts up to 5 days.
Notes
*Blending for longer than 60 seconds can end up giving the milk a slimy texture.
