Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
  • In one bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coating

  • Dip each tenderloin first in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety.

Serving

  • Let the chicken tenders rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through.
