Preparation

  • Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Cooking

  • Take one tortilla and place it on the heated skillet. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture over the cheese, and then fold the tortilla in half, creating a crescent shape.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melty. Press down gently with a spatula.
  • Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before slicing into wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, brush the tortillas lightly with olive oil before cooking. You can customize the flavors using different types of cheese or spices.
