Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish so they touch, forming a snug layer.
  • Layer the ham evenly over the bottom buns, folding slices if needed to get full coverage. Top with cheese slices.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese, pressing gently so they nestle together.
  • In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds if using.
  • Brush the seasoned butter generously over the tops of the rolls until glossy.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 2–5 minutes until the tops are golden and buttery.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Make it spicy by adding sriracha mayo. For a healthier version, use whole grain rolls and low-fat cheese. Assemble sliders in advance and refrigerate until baking.
