Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over one side of the tortilla.
  • Layer the slices of ham evenly across the cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ham, ensuring every corner is covered.
  • Starting from one side, carefully roll the tortilla tightly.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1-inch sections.
  • Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the tortillas turn golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Consider using whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option or low-sodium ham. Experiment with spreads like pesto or hummus for a flavorful twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; they freeze well too!
