Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high, around 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean and trim the Brussels sprouts, cutting larger ones in half.
  • Wrap each Brussels sprout with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped sprouts and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  • Grill the wrapped sprouts for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before serving.
