Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt thick and tangy for a creamy base
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup adjust for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract warms and rounds the flavor

Fruits

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or peach adds natural sweetness and smooth texture
  • 1 lemon zest (optional) for a bright lift

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until silky.
  • Chop strawberries or peaches into small pieces and gently mash half of the banana or peach with a fork.

Assembly

  • Spoon a tablespoon of yogurt into the mold, add a few berries, then another spoonful of yogurt. Use a skewer to swirl gently for marbled pops.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest or a few chopped nuts on top for crunch.

Freezing

  • Place lids on molds or cover with foil and poke sticks through, and freeze upright for 4–6 hours.
  • Run the molds under warm water for 10–20 seconds to loosen before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. These popsicles can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
