Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Melt the Butter: In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Pour into Skillet: Pour the batter into the melted butter in the hot skillet.
  • Bake It: Quickly transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Dust and Serve: Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and add toppings.

Notes
