  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For searing the steak and roasting potatoes.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and toss with salt and pepper.
  • Wash and quarter the potatoes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  • Push the potatoes to the side of the skillet. Add butter and minced garlic to the open space in the skillet.
  • When the butter melts and the garlic becomes fragrant, introduce the steak bites and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
  • Toss everything together in the skillet for a minute, ensuring the potatoes soak up the garlic butter. Finish by stirring in fresh herbs.

Serving

  • Plate up and garnish with a sprinkle of more herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
