Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh ones aren't available.
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 medium Kiwi, peeled and sliced For a tropical twist.
  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped Fresh or canned, drained.

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Use agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced Freshly squeezed for the best flavor.

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves Optional but recommended.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash all your fruits thoroughly.
  • Slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, and chop pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.

Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of honey and the juice of 1 lime until well blended.

Combine and Serve

  • Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a serving dish or individual bowls, garnishing with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Avoid freezing.
