Preparation

- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Once the onions are caramelized and cooled slightly, fold them into the creamy mixture.
Chilling
- Cover the dip and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Serving
- Scoop the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best served chilled, can be reheated carefully.
