Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt) Use Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut Can be sweetened or unsweetened.

Fruit Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple Canned can also be used.
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges Drain well if using canned.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and place them on the countertop.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream.
  • Fold in the miniature marshmallows and shredded coconut until well mixed.
  • Carefully toss in the diced pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  • Cover the mixing bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add nuts for crunch, use seasonal berries for color, or substitute sour cream with coconut yogurt for a vegan option. A splash of fresh lemon or lime juice can enhance the flavor!
