Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use plain for a tangy base or flavored for sweetness.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust to your preferred level of sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For a fragrant touch.

Toppings

  • 1 cup mixed fruits Fresh berries, sliced bananas, or diced mango work beautifully.
  • 1/2 cup nuts Chopped almonds, walnuts, or your favorite nut for extra crunch (optional).
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips For a touch of indulgence (optional).
  • Coconut flakes Unsweetened, for a tropical vibe.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle your selected fruits, nuts, and optional chocolate chips over the yogurt.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Let it freeze for about 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer!

Notes

Use full-fat or low-fat yogurt for creaminess. Pre-chill the baking sheet to help the yogurt set faster.
