  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced For added nutrition and color.

Preparation

  • Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Toss in the shredded cabbage and stir well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still slightly crunchy.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Cook for another minute.
  • Plate the stir fry and serve.

Notes

Feel free to substitute or add your favorite vegetables. For a bit of heat, toss in red pepper flakes or Sriracha. Fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro can add freshness.
