  • 3 cups 3 cups of your favorite pasta elbow, penne, or rotini work well.
  • 1 cup 1 cup of sliced pepperoni A must-have for authentic pizza flavor.
  • 2 cups 2 cups of pizza sauce Use your favorite homemade or jarred sauce.
  • 2 cups 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese For incredible cheesiness.
  • 1 cup 1 cup grated parmesan cheese Adds savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning To amplify the pizza flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook your pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add pizza sauce, pepperoni, and half the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. You can freeze individual portions for longer storage. Don't overcook the pasta; it should be al dente as it will continue to cook in the oven.
