Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the cream cheese and half of the shredded cheddar to the chicken mixture, stirring until creamy and evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, ensuring every inch is covered.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freeze unbaked casserole for up to 2 months.
