Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into rounds.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  • Remove from the oven, allow to cool briefly, then dig in!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for later. Re-crisp in the oven or toaster oven before serving.
