  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Once melted, stir in the tahini until well combined.
  • Chop the dates finely and add them to the chocolate mixture, along with your choice of nuts.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top for an added touch of flavor.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm, then cut into bars.
