Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Toss all of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread out the croutons evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the croutons are golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Notes
Seasoning suggestions:
Chili lime croutons: ½ tsp chili powder and 2 tsp lime juice.
Cheesy garlic croutons: ½ tsp garlic powder and ½ tbsp nutritional yeast.
Italian croutons: ¼ tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp dried rosemary, ⅛ tsp garlic powder, and ⅛ tsp onion powder.
*Modify these measurements if you're making more or less than 1 cup.
