Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about a quarter-inch thick.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, zucchini, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Allow the dish to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
