Preparation

  • Melt the Chocolate: Begin by melting your dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir gently until smooth and glossy.
  • Add Sugar: Gradually fold in the sugar, letting the warmth of the chocolate dissolve it fully.
  • Mix in Pistachios: Once the sugar is fully incorporated, add the chopped pistachios and stir until they are well combined into the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour and Set: Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly. Let it cool at room temperature until it starts to set.
  • Chill: Once it’s slightly firm, place it in the fridge for about an hour to ensure it is fully set before cutting into bars.
