Preparation

  • Start by placing the chicken thighs in the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Pour this luscious sauce over the chicken, ensuring every piece is coated.
  • Toss in your chopped vegetables.
  • Cover the Crock Pot and set it on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes
