  • 12 ounces Tortellini Cheese-filled tortellini pairs beautifully with meat.
  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce Use homemade or store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is always best.

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Helps prevent sticking.

Preparation

  • Gather your meatballs and tortellini, and set them aside.

Layering Ingredients

  • In your crock pot, pour in a generous amount of marinara sauce to cover the base.
  • Place a layer of frozen meatballs, followed by a sprinkling of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Gently nestle the tortellini on top of the meatballs and pour the remaining marinara sauce over everything.

Cooking

  • Drizzle olive oil over the tortellini to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the crock pot, set it to low, and let it cook for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt into the dish.

Notes
