  • 1-2 cups Water Added to cover the ingredients based on desired sauce consistency.
  • 2 cups Pasta Choose your favorite shape.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, and seasonings on top of the chicken.
  • Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, about 1-2 cups, depending on your desired sauce consistency.

Cooking

  • Cover and set your crockpot on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it with two forks and stir in your uncooked pasta.
  • Let it cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

Notes

Feel free to swap the mixed vegetables for a seasonal blend or add cheese before serving. For a lighter version, use cauliflower rice instead of pasta.
