Ingredients
  

For the pasta

  • 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta Delicate and quick to cook

For the sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a dreamy, velvety sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated Freshly grated for better flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced For aroma and taste
  • 2 Tbsp Butter For sautéing garlic
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and the angel hair pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain without rinsing.

Sautéing the Garlic

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Creating the Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously. Bring it to a gentle simmer, then mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking until it melts.

Combining

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat every strand with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving and Garnishing

  • Plate the pasta and sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

You can add fresh spinach or cherry tomatoes. For protein, consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
