Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless For quick cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Adds rich flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Adjust to taste.

For the Sauce

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds depth.
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper, diced Any color adds sweetness.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with light cream.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated For creaminess and flavor.
  • to taste Fresh Parsley, for garnishing Brightens up the dish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season your chicken breasts generously on both sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and let it rest on a plate.
  • In the same skillet, add diced bell pepper and minced garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir to combine. Add the Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.
  • Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, letting it simmer in the creamy sauce for about 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of milk or cream to keep the sauce silky.
