  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, stirring frequently until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Carefully drain any excess fat from the pan, leaving about one tablespoon for flavor.
  • Add the butter to the skillet, allowing it to melt. Once melted, sprinkle in the all-purpose flour, stirring continuously for about 1-2 minutes until you reach a light golden color.
  • Gradually whisk in the beef broth and milk until smooth. Bring the mixture to a simmer, you’ll see it begin to thicken, creating that luxurious creamy texture.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes while the gravy thickens further.
  • Remove from heat and serve your creamy beef gravy warm over your favorite dish.

Notes
