  • 2 cups Fried chicken Can substitute with grilled chicken.
  • 1 cup Corn Adds sweetness and crunch.
  • 1 cup Gravy Can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded, to melt on top.

  • Start by boiling and mashing your potatoes, adding butter and milk for creaminess.
  • If you have leftover fried chicken, it's perfect for this recipe. Otherwise, bread and fry or grill some chicken breast until golden brown.
  • You can microwave or sauté the corn for quick heating.
  • Use store-bought gravy or whip up a quick homemade version.

Notes
