- 1 cup guacamole store-bought or homemade if you’re feeling adventurous
- 1 cup salsa choose your heat preference
Toppings
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or a Mexican blend works wonders
- 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh or canned, depending on your season
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions or chives for a subtle onion flavor
- 1 cup sliced black olives omit if you’re not a fan or sub with diced jalapeños for a kick
Instructions
Preparation
- In a large serving dish, spread a generous layer of refried beans.
- Gently spread the sour cream over the beans, covering the entire surface.
- Carefully dollop the guacamole on top of the sour cream and spread it evenly.
- Pour the salsa over the guacamole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese across the salsa layer.
- Evenly distribute the diced tomatoes on top.
