  • 1 cup strong cold-brew coffee or chilled espresso Bold base with real coffee flavor.
  • 1 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond milk) Choose dairy or dairy-free.
  • 1 cup ice Crushed or cubed depending on desired thickness.

Flavoring Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon roll syrup or 2 tablespoons brown sugar plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon Syrup for authenticity, brown sugar for pantry-friendly swaps.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Deepens the aroma and roundness.

Richness Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream For a lusciously rich sip.
  • whipped cream to taste Whipped cream for topping Optional but decadently right.
  • to taste Cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of caramel or vanilla glaze For finishing and that bakery look.

Preparation

  • Brew and chill your coffee: If you do not have cold-brew, make strong coffee and cool it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  • Add to blender: Pour 1 cup cold coffee, 1 cup milk, 1 cup ice, cinnamon roll syrup or brown sugar and cinnamon, and vanilla extract into your blender.
  • Blend to velvet: Pulse and then blend on high until the mixture is smooth and thick like a frozen latte.
  • Add cream for richness: Pour in the heavy cream or coconut cream and briefly pulse to swirl it through.
  • Taste and adjust: If you want it sweeter, add a little more syrup. If you want it frostier, add more ice and blend again.
  • Pour and decorate: Fill a glass halfway, swirl with glaze or caramel if using, pour the frappuccino, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.

Notes

Make the coffee base ahead and store in the fridge for up to 48 hours. This frappuccino is versatile; try it vegan with oat milk and coconut cream.
