Preparation

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  • Julienne the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Marination

  • In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm a touch more olive oil.
